Waterside Sour

2 oz. TQM Traditional
1 oz. Blackberry Liqueur
.75 oz. Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with fresh Blackberries (when in season) or Lemon zest.

Peace Bridge Sour

2 oz. TQM Traditional
1 oz. Peach Liqueur
.75 oz. Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with fresh Peach slices (when in season) or Lemon zest.

Rosemont Sour

2 oz. TQM Traditional
1 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
.75 oz. Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with fresh Raspberries (when in season) or Lemon zest. * Feel free to add egg white to any of these cocktails to achieve maximum frothiness.
